In order to ensure a pleasant stay for you and future guests, we ask you to observe the following house rules:
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 15:00 hrs.
Check-out: until 11:00 am.
Late departure or early check-in can be arranged on request and subject to availability.
Smoking
Our vacation home is a non-smoking house. Please only smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets are welcome
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please ensure that all droppings are removed and that pets do not damage furniture.
Quiet hours
From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. we ask you to be considerate of the neighbors and other guests. Volume and loud music should be kept to a minimum during this time.
Cleanliness and care
Please treat the furniture and furnishings with care.
Waste separation is obligatory. You will find the appropriate bins in the outdoor area.
A thorough final cleaning service is included in the price, but we ask you to leave the house in a tidy condition.
Damage and loss
Please inform us immediately of any damage or loss. Depending on the type and extent, these may have to be replaced.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome, but please inform us in advance.
Use of the equipment
The use of the equipment provided (e.g. barbecue area, bicycles) is at your own risk. Please note the respective terms of use.
WLAN
Please use internet access responsibly and refrain from illegal downloads or inappropriate actions that could harm other users.
Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, please dial the general emergency number 112. A first aid kit is available in the bathroom.
